It is the process in which the nose’s soft tissue, catilage and bone structure is changed in order to have a nose that is better fitting to the shape of the face. The nose, besides the esthetic side of it, is considered a fuctional and vital organ. The correction of the nose shape is done to fix any breathing issues without interfering with the fuctional structure of it. All the respiratory problems are taken into consideration before the operation. Rhinoplasty is done to change the appearance of the nose and correct the functional issues the patient might have.
